Born in Osaka, Japan.
He spent his childhood in Fukuoka, Hiroshima and he landed in Kagawa.
At the age of 17, he started his career in the restaurant industry.
After working at an Asian, yoshoku style and washoku Japanese restaurants, he made his dream come true by opening his own izakaya at age 27. Now he owns two izakaya in Takamatsu, Kagawa prefecture of Japan and consults for his remote location in China.
He is the mastermind behind all the classic Japanese dishes served at his establishments.
